How do I even begin to put into words the phenomenal service that my wife and I received from Angelena and Carlos? From the moment we first spoke during the buyer's consultation, all the way until the keys were in our hands, Angelena and Carlos were right by our side. Whether it was a phone call or a text, they were there. They were responsive. They were courteous, kind and professional. I think their greatest attribute though would be attentiveness. Angelena listened to us. When we first started looking at homes she paid attention to our facial expressions, body language, and demeanor and by the time we left she told us exactly what we like and didn't like about the home. She used what she learned about us in that short interaction to curate a personal listing of homes that she felt would best suit our needs and our personalities. The next weekend when we went looking, we found the winner. From buyer's consultation to me backing a U-Haul into the driveway of my new home was a total of six weeks. NONE, and I do mean none of it would have been possible with the help of Angelena. Her friendly personality and infectiously calming demeanor make the entire process feel like you're dealing with family. It's been exactly two months since my family moved into our new home, and we are still overjoyed. We thank God for this blessing and for sending Angelena our way.

Angelena is a consummate professional! She sat down with us and took the time to really get to know what we wanted and didn't want. It's because of her that we were willing to make the transition to considering a new build rather than an existing house. Even after we made the transition, she was only ever a call or text away when we had questions, concerns, or just needed someone to talk us down off a ledge! Her knowledge and ability to remain calm under all circumstances kept my wife and I calm throughout the process. As a disabled vet and foster parents our schedule could be very hectic, but Angelena was always willing to work with us. If we ever buy another house I don't want to work with anyone else!

Angelena helped my husband and I find our dream home. She helped us to negotiate a great deal on our home. She is very attentive to her clients likes and dislikes. I highly recommend Angelena McFadden. She is outstanding! She and her husband went above and beyond to find us incentives, discounts, low or no down payment, low or no closing costs, etc. I have never seen anything like it! Their professionalism and passion to help people find their home is unmatched in this industry. She explained everything to us from beginning to end, and from top to bottom. Even though we were looking for lower than the average priced home in this market, she still treated us as if we were million dollar clients! The short story -- Angelena and her husband Carlos will treat you like family. They are phenomenally considerate, passionate, and amazing at what they do. I met Angelena when I was first looking to buy a home. I wasn't represented by an agent yet and called to view a home she was listing. Despite her representing the house I was viewing, she didn't try to pressure me. Even before representing me, Angelena treated me with respect, integrity, and genuine care. After viewing the home, I asked Angelena to represent me. She ended up snagging me an AMAZING home the day it came on to the market. She even linked me up with several professional, local contractors (at a great rate!) to get a few modifications I wanted completed on the home. After a year, I ended up being offered a career opportunity in another city and had to sell my house... but I knew exactly who to call! Again, Angelena was always full of solutions and willing to help. Our original offer fell through the day of the scheduled closing (due to COVID) and I ended up having to move before the house sold. This was an extremely overwhelming and stressful situation for me, but Angelena was already on top of it. She had a landscape crew come out, freshened up the house, and networked to have a line of showings already scheduled. So, when we talked to figure out the next step, Angelena already had solutions. She took so much stress and worry away from me, I almost cried during that phone call. Angelena truly went above and beyond for me, always.Whether you are buying or selling, Angelena is extremely knowledgeable and will take care of you. She is just genuinely an amazing person (and her husband Carlos too!)

Anglena recently helped my family navigate our way through a short sale. Even though it was a short sale, it took over a year because of all of the hoops the bank made us jump through. Throughout the entire process, Angelena was always available to answer questions and talk us though any concerns we had. There were times I was angry or indifferent with the process but Angelena was patient and always kept a cool head. She was a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable about the business and guided us every step of the way. I would definitely work with her again and recommond her to a friend.

Angelena was a pleasure to work with. She help me through the whole process I was initially turn down from lender from financing, but she able to call another lender which got me approved. The process of buying by first home was a great experience thinks to her. It was very smooth process.
